Right now I'm in the middle of a move. I say the middle because I'm currently in a gap between leases and staying with my mom (thanks mom). I had to move everything to a storage unit, and I'll have to move everything back out of the storage unit once the lease for the new place starts. It's annoying to have to move twice and have a gap, but the new place is going to have a LOT more space and it'll be in a quieter area.
My old place was a 1 bedroom that I shared with my partner. My desk was in the living room, and my partner's desk was in the bedroom. In the new place we'll still share a bedroom, but we'll each have our own separate offices! I really want to have 2 desks, one desk for my computer and a work desk for soldering/writing/whatever other hand creating.
I've been spending a lot of time with my mom since I'm staying at her place (and she works from home). So today we went out to go feed geese some watermelon, corn, and oats. I brought my camera and took some pictures of the geese!
Here's a big photo dump of the geese:
I really hope the new place works out well. I don't like moving very much so I don't want to have to do it again,,
Oh and I also just landed a new job! It's at a coffee roasting plant. They have me doing the shipping and sometimes bagging the coffee. It's a lot better then working at the ups store. Right now I work at both places, but I'm hoping to fully transition to the coffee place soon. I'll miss a lot of things about the ups store. You meet a lot of interesting business people working there. Once I had a shipment going to Gabe Newel's yacht (I'm not kidding. It was dropped off by a regular customer who shipped high-end beauty products all the time). I've met a lot of business owners and CEO's, scientists shipping equipment, all sorts of stuff. That being said it's mostly people returning amazon items lol.
So many changes going on for me right now. I'm taking a leap of faith, wish me luck :)
